We follow a serious affirmative action programme. We are presently 20% black-owned and 80% female-owned, and are a value-added Level 4 contributor.
We promote from within and have trained 10 members of staff to become supervisors, which included passing their driving test to become drivers and stringent training in the fields of safety and supervisory skills.
We introduced rope access in 1997 and have subsequently trained 16 cleaners to become qualified Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Institute for Working at Height (IWH) accredited rope technicians.
Specialists in commercial, industrial and residential window cleaning, as well as solar panel cleaning.
